Manasota Key is an enchanting barrier
island off the coast of Englewood Florida where there are no
high-rises, no traffic lights, just a two-lane road and pristine,
empty beaches. [map]
The
photo of the Tarpon fish below captures the awesome beauty of
the Key. The fish was caught and released by one of our renters; it
weighted over 150 lbs. and was 7 feet long. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath
house sleeps 8 people and is fully equipped, especially for children
(we have five 5 to 9 year olds), satellite tvs, an 8 foot hot tub
right on the Gulf and Lemon Bay. In our front yard is the
Intercoastal Waterway.
